When the person who scouted you gets unscouted, you get unscouted too. You might want to check if that person is still scouted, if he isn't, then that's probably what happened.

Maybe you can ask in the forums as to why you were unscouted? I did that after I was unscouted a few hours after being scouted a while ago, and I got my answers.
In short, I needed to improve. However, you can make a thread in the art forums and post your art there. And more people may see.
